Traditionally, the Museum's festivities begin shortly after the Memorial Day service at the Pine Bluffs Cemetary honoring all those veterans buried there who served their country in time of war. Veterans of the Civil War, World Wars I and II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the first Gulf War, and the Afghanistan and Iraq campaigns will be honored.

Starting at 10:00 a.m., tour guides will be available to escort people around our five building complex. Music will be provided by Southwind. Suzie and Gary Solomon of Brighton Colorado make a wonderful sound as they play Bluegrass and Gospel, and will exhibit their own brand of interaction with the youngsters.

Lunch, will once again be cooked and served by the famed Knights of Columbus Pine Bluffs Chapter, beginning at 11:00 a.m. It's free! Menu includes Burgers, Hot Dogs, Beans, Potato Salad, and Pop, and it will be served until 1:30 p.m. or until the food runs out.

There will be door prizes and a 50-50 raffle that day, and tickets for our Annual Saratoga Inn & Spa Raffle will be on hand as will Membership Applications, should anyone decide they'd like to be a part of the Community's Museum.

So come on out to the Museum at 3rd & Market Streets, beginning around 10:00 a.m., on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2009.
